We service gas fireplaces on brands that we carry. If you are not sure on the brand you may have, give us a call and we can try and help! If it is a brand we carry, we would love to work with you to get your fireplace running beautifully again! 

We recommend having your gas fireplace cleaned/serviced every year or two depending on how often you use the appliance. 

Unfortunately, no. Online retailers cannot be trusted, they can be selling defective, pre-owned merchandise. this could potentially cause problems during installation or further use down the road. This will also cancel any warranties within the manufacture.
